today training 2 times at merak.. hu~~
1st is in 7.30a.m. n we run 25 rounds outside badminton court.. thn rain.. T.T so train our fitness lur...很像玩跑站将 gt pumping, sit up, defend run & bla bla(all 6 or 7 like tis..) n a station is take a ball put medium of ur ur knees when the time wan reach jor.. thn chi ling will come 打 the ball.. >< scared but happy~~ ^^
bout 11++ having lunch outside together.. thn WELCOME TO MY SWEET HOUSE~~^^
we slp together in living room..^^ thn panda them slp at the stairs there.... hahax..XDD no place for them adi.. bout 11++ ppl slp..^^
after chi ling them come thn all wake up jor..

2nd go training... jz training a bit thn chi ling go training.. thn we ply 5 on 5 full court... thn 3 on 3 half court.. wai ling hurts her hand too... Aiyo~~
so.. bsb de ppl dun hurt ur self ya..^^
i aso feel tat i so geram when ply 3 on 3... >< dunno y..><
after tat thn we run 15 minit a line 2 bottles de... i count tat we run about 50++ times thn 15 minit.. haiz..~~ i tak boleh tahan at half but i kept pushing myself.. all my legs muscles feel like very 硬…… ><
